Hathaway Wichita Custom Home Floor Plan

Entering the Hathaway custom home floor plan you soon realize you have stepped into the Old World. Directly above is a beautiful Faux painted groin vault and a rocked archway leading into the Great Room where rustic beams are laid out in a criss-cross pattern. There is a large, open Kitchen with plenty of seating and room for entertaining.

If a formal dining experience is needed, the 18′ Dining Room with a barrel ceiling would seat most families. If entertaining outside is on the schedule, the 300 square foot covered deck is the answer.

The Hathaway also boasts a large Master Suite with a vaulted ceiling in the bedroom and stepped ceiling in the bath. Though this home is the Old World style, we did sneak in a few 21st century conveniences like a coffee bar in the Master Bath, a Laundry Room accessible from the Master Closet, and a large Pantry directly off the kitchen.
