You See the Home Before We Break Ground
Sharp employs a full-time Rendering Specialist, which no other builder in Wichita does. During design you get photo-quality renderings of your home: the elevation, your finishes together rather than as separate samples, and the main living spaces at their real ceiling heights.
It happens in-house and alongside the architect, so when your plan changes the renderings change with it. That is the whole value. Every change you make looking at a rendering is a change made on paper, where it costs nothing.

Selections happen at our in-office Design Center at 4006 Hoover, where cabinets, granite, doors, trim, and hardware are on display in one place. That saves trips across town and helps you choose with cost in view.
After you move in
After You Move In
Your home is covered by a one-year third-party warranty through ProHome and a 12-month defects liability period, with manufacturer and trade warranties on components. An optional 10-year structural warranty is available. We do not disappear at closing.
