Can I get a finished/unfinished basement?

Yes. Many of our floor plans include options for a finished lower level, offering finished basements with living space, bedrooms, and wet bars. If you prefer an unfinished basement, we can offer that as well and leave the space as storage or future finish space. You can choose which version (finished or unfinished) you want as part of your selections during design.
