There are multiple allowances that are in play while you’re building a new home to select all of your finishes and for your site conditions. If you go over on these items, you will have some added cost. If you go under on them it will be a credit. Generally speaking, Sharp Homes’ clients go over 1 to 3% unless they’re adding substantial items during construction. In all cases the homeowner has the opportunity to review and approve all selections and pricing changes.
